| We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept returns of damages that were not signed damaged with the courier at the time of delivery. We will credit damages signed for if they are reported within 15 days. Credit Notes will be issued for damages. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00PM will be shipped the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will shipped the next business day.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Merchants or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |
