Himalayan Crystal Rock Salt chunks are suitable for preparing a sole (saline salt water solution) or in a bath and can also be heated and placed on your body.
-If heated slightly, they can be placed directly on your head to relieve headaches
-When added to your bath, they become a relaxant to get rid of aches and pains
NOTE: Himalayan salt can get very hot and it retains heat, so if heating the crystal rocks, be very careful when handling them to prevent burning the skin.
